          Mr. Aditya A. Asthavadi, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, has submitted that respondent has already paid the
outstanding amount to the petitioner-workman and it is received by
the petitioner-workman and therefore, now no grievance survives in
the present petition and the present petition has become infructuous.


          In view of above, present petition stands disposed of as having
become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
