1.        Heard Mr. Hemal Shah, learned advocate for the petitioners. At
the outset, Mr. Shah, under the instructions of his clients, would submit
that during the pendency of this petition, the parties have amicably
settled the matter.

2.        Mr. Shah, would tender a copy of settlement executed between
the parties. The same is taken on record.

3.        In view of the aforesaid development which has taken place
during the pendency of this petition, the present petition would not
survive and accordingly, it is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
