          Mr. Manish Shah, learned counsel submits that he has
received instructions that the petitioners do not want to proceed
further in the matter and hence, he seeks permission to
withdraw the present petition. The petitioner has personally
remained present before this Court.


          Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.


           It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the
merits of the case.
