          The grievance raised in the present petition does not
survive, as the concerned respondents have already
published an unconditional apology in the press.
          In view of the above, learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition.
          Permission as sought for is granted. The petition
stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
          However, it is open for the petitioner to file fresh
petition, in case of any difficulty, which will be decided in
accordance with law. It is clarified that the withdrawal of
this petition will not come in the way of the present
petitioner in any manner.
