ORDER
1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Mr.
Pathik Acharya, appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted
that the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and now
they do not want to proceed with the matter any further and
therefore, under instructions, learned counsel Mr. Acharya seeks
permission to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel Mr. Acharya has
produced letter dated 21.04.2026 with reference to the settlement
arrived at between the parties, the same is ordered to be taken on
record.
2. The contents of the letter dated 21.04.2026 are reproduced
hereunder :

Sir,
This is respectfully to state that, in the case involving our
community trust against Mr. Hiralalbhai Hansrajbhai Pokar & others,
settlement has been reached through the leaders of our community.
Therefore, we withdraw all cases voluntarily.
We herewith request that, the case filed by you on our behalf be
withdrawn. Therefore, in view of the settlement reached in S.C.A. No.
17636/2024, filed before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court against the order
passed by the Charity Commissioner of Rajkot or as the case is not needed
to be proceeded with, we request to withdraw the same.
