                          COMMON ORDER


      Mr. Dhruv Toliya, learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted that the order passed by the Consumer Forum is in
favor of the present private respondents under the Gujarat
Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments)
Act, 2003, however, till date there is no execution of the order.
He further submits that right now there is no reverse order.
Under the circumstances, Mr. Toliya, learned counsel seeks
permission to withdraw the group of petitions.


      Permission as sought for is granted. The group of petitions
stand disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court
has not gone into the merits of the case. Notice is discharged.
Interim relief, if any, granted earlier is vacated forthwith.

          It is observed that in case of any difficulty, the petitioner
 may revive the petition by filing appropriate application and the
 same shall be considered in accordance with law.
