1.      Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Jayneel Parikh, learned AGP

waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents.



2.      The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to

decide the representation of the petitioners dated 31.12.2024

which is pending with the respondent No.2.



3.      Mr. Nishit P. Gandhi, learned advocate appearing for the

petitioners submits that the said representation be decided within

stipulated time.

 4.        Mr. Jayneel Parikh, learned AGP appearing for the

 respondents submits that if the said representation is pending, the

 same shall be decided expeditiously.



 5.        Considering the submissions, respondent No.2 to decide the

 said representation dated 31.12.2024 on its own merits within a

 period of three months from the date of receipt of this order dealing

 with all the contentions raised by the petitioners.



 6.        It is hereby made clear that this Court has not gone into the

 merits of the case and no opinion is expressed thereon.



 7.        With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed

 of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
