         From the perusal of the order sheet, it appears that
after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner and the respondent, this Court issued notice on
09.02.2022. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the
petitioner has not remained present before this Court,
and on each occasion the matter came to be adjourned on
account of such non-appearance.
         In view of the above, the petition is dismissed for
want of prosecution. Notice stands discharged.
