          Mr. Devarshi Shah, learned counsel for the petitioners
submits that during the pendency of the petition the subsequent
development               has      taken        place         and, therefore, he                   seeks
permission to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file
appropriate proceedings before the appropriate authority.


          Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not
gone into the merits of the case.
