          When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Mr.
Brij Sheth, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that
the grievance raised in the present petition does not survive any
longer, as the concerned authority has released the vehicle bearing
registration No. GJ 16 AY 7179 on payment of 'ne by the petitioner
and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. Learned
counsel Mr. Sheth has also produced copy of the order passed by the
Geologist (In-charge), Geology and Mining Department, Bharuch, the
same is ordered to be taken on record.


          In view of above, present petition stands disposed of as having
become infructuous.
