           Mr.Merchant, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
that he is not in contact with the petitioner since long and after <ling
of the petition and, therefore, he is unable to proceed further with the
matter in absence of the instruction of the petitioner.

           In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. Rule is
discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier shall stand vacated
forthwith. In the case of any di?culty, the petitioner is at liberty to
approach this Court.
