            Ms.Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner has already paid the amount of penalty and the vehicle in
question has already been released and, therefore, the petition has
become infructuous.

            In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having
become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
