         Mr. S.P. Hasurkar, learned counsel for respondent
No.1, submits that after filing of this petition, the electric
line has already been laid and the project has been
completed, and the shifting work is also over. He further
submits that a photocopy of the map along with the
affidavit-in-reply has been produced and annexed to the
petition. He therefore submits that the present petition
does not survive and may be disposed of as having
become infructuous.
         In view of the above submission, present petition
stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice
is discharged.
