Mr. Chhaya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
during the pendency of the present petition the respondent concerned
authority has already installed the transmission lines and hence, the
petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having
become infructuous. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into
the merits of the case. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
In view of the above conclusion, all the Civil Applications stand
disposed of.
