      Learned advocate Mr. Abhishek Mehta with learned
advocate Ms. Chaitali Dave has instruction appear for the
respondent on caveat and they have also          led a idavit, which
is taken on record.


      Learned advocate Mr. Shah for the petitioner, since this
Court shows its disinclination to entertain the petition and
was of the opinion that the petition should be dismissed with
cost, under the instructions, seeks permission to withdraw
present petition.        Permission granted.     The petition stands
disposed of as withdrawn.


      It is clari ed that this Court has not examined the merits
of the matter.


      Needless to state that matrimonial proceedings are to be

    disposed of at topmost urgency and thus, the learned Family
    Court is requested to dispose of the family suit as early as
    possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt
    of copy of this order.

    trial Judge and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments for
    expeditious disposal of the suit.
