                             ORAL ORDER


1.    The      learned   senior      counsel    Mr.   Shalin        Mehta
appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
has already preferred a representation to the respondent
No.2 – Superintendent of Police, Navsari on 31.12.2025,
and the same is pending.

2. Learned AGP Mr. Angesh Panchal submits that the said
representation shall be decided expeditiously.

3. In view of the above submissions, the respondent No.2
is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner
dated 31.12.2025 which has been duly received by the
office of the respondent No.2. The said representation
shall be decided after giving opportunity of hearing to the
petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the

contentions as available to him and produce necessary
documents in support of his contentions.

4. The respondent No.2 shall take into consideration the
submissions as well as the documents submitted by the
petitioner and shall decide the representation on its own
merits and in accordance with law within a period of six
weeks.

5.      Let          the         decision                on         such           representation                        be
communicated to the petitioner within one week from the
date of the decision being taken.

6. It is made clear that this court has not gone into the
merits of the case and no opinion is expressed thereon.

7. The Special Civil Application is disposed of.

          Direct service is permitted.
