ORAL ORDER
Today, Mr. Nikunj Kanara, learned AGP for the
respondents, has placed on record an a idavit-in-reply
led on behalf of respondent No.3, wherein it is stated
that a Lease Agreement has recently been executed on
18.03.2026 between the petitioner and the respondents.
Mr. Kanara, learned AGP further submits that, in view of
the said a idavit-in-reply, the petition may be disposed of.
The said a+idavit dated 21.03.2026, along with the
“Form B” format of the Quarry Lease Deed, is taken on
record.
In view of the above, the present petition has
become infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly.
Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated
forthwith.
