           Ms. Dixa Pandya, learned AGP submits that complaint is
  already registered before the jurisdictional police. Hence, Mr.
  Dipen Chaudhari, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw
  the present petition.


           Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
  disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not
  gone into the merits of the case.
