             Mr.Batada, learned counsel for Mr.Anuj Trivedi, learned counsel
 for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the present
 petition does not survive and, therefore, the petition has become
 infructuous.

             In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having
 become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted
 earlier shall stand vacated forthwith.
