          When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Mr.
Chinmay Gandhi, appearing on behalf of the respondent-Company,
has submitted that the grievance raised in the present petition does
not survive any longer, as the respondent-Company has supplied
electricity connection to the petitioner at the premises located at Plot
No. 722 of GIDC, Ankleshwar and therefore, the present petition has
become infructuous.
          In view of above, present petition stands disposed of as having
become infructuous. Notice is discharged.


          So far as the other issues are concerned, it is open for the
petitioner to agitate the same by way of 'ling appropriate
proceedings in a di(erent petition.
