ORAL ORDER
1. Rule. learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of
notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent State.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the
petitioner herein had submitted a complaint before the
Police Inspector, Vastrapur Police Station on 26.06.2025
making allegations against the accused persons. After
submitting the said complaint, the concerned authorities
had recorded statement of the present petitioner. However,
no action whatsoever has been taken thereafter by the
concerned police authorities. Therefore, on 26.07.2025, the
petitioner has addressed representation to the
Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad City as well as Deputy
Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad in this regard.
However, no action whatsoever has been taken by any of

the above authorities.
3. Having regard to the same, the Commissioner of Police,
Ahmedabad City shall decide and dispose of the
representation dated 26.07.2025 submitted by the
petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a
period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition
stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid
extent.
