The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of Furlough
Leave on the ground of providing financial assistance to the family.
Heard learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri for the respondent –
State she has drawn the attention of the Court towards the jail
remarks from wherein it is reflected that the applicant was released
on Furlough Leave for 21 days from 13.08.2025 to 02.09.2025.
Hence, as of now this Court is not inclined. This application is
rejected.
