            Leave to amend. To be carried out forthwith.

 1.         Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that
 the petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of
 passport. During the process of said application, the opinion of
 the police authority was called for wherein it was reveled that an
 offence was registered against the petitioner with the Chiloda
 Police Station and therefore, the police authority has not issued
 the Police Clearance Certificate in favour of the petitioner.

 2.         Having regard to the same, the concerned authority i.e.
 respondent no.3 shall consider the case of the petitioner for
 issuance of Police Clearance Certificate.

 3.         With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
