          The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of parole
leave on the ground mentioned in the application.


          On perusing the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant
was recently released on                               parole leave from 12.08.2025 to
18.08.2025 for a period of 07 days.                                      Hence, as of now, it does
not deem fit to this Court to exercise the discretion in favour of
the applicant. The Application is rejected.
