          Since the parole application filed by the petitioner dated 06.05.2026
 is already pending before the authority for adjudication, this Court is not
 inclined to entertain present petition.

          Hence, present petition is dismissed. However, authority concerned
 is directed to decide the pending application of the petitioner as early as
 possible.
