          The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of parole
leave on the ground mentioned in the application.

          On perusing the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant
was released on furlough leave from 17.10.2025 to 30.10.2025 for
a period of 14 days.                      Hence, as of now, it does not deem fit to
this Court to exercise the discretion in favour of the applicant.
The Application is rejected.
