        Learned advocate Mr. Bhavik P. Shah appearing for

the petitioners upon instructions submits that as there

are settlement talks going on between the parties and

that the said settlement talks are subject to withdrawal

of the present petition. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the

present           petition      with       a     liberty        to     prefer       appropriate

petition in case of difficulty.



        Accordingly,             the       matter            stands       disposed           of     as

withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
