The Court allowed a further one-week extension for the petitioner to furnish the bail bonds.
Summary
The petitioner, Gobardhan Chauhan, had been granted anticipatory bail on 13-02-2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.63149 of 2024. He failed to furnish the required bail bonds within the time prescribed due to unavoidable circumstances. The petitioner sought a further extension of time to submit the bail bonds. The Court considered the request and, finding no substantive objection, allowed an additional one-week period for the petitioner to comply.
