Summary
Aryan Kumar, the petitioner, was granted four weeks to surrender before the court as part of a bail order dated 12-11-2025. He failed to surrender within that period due to unavoidable circumstances and filed an application seeking an extension. The State, represented by the Special Public Prosecutor, raised no objection.
