as,in brief, is that the

informant, Arun Kumar, submitted a written complaint before
the S.H.O., Konch P.S., on 23.09.2025 alleging that a dispute
arose regarding the price of a fan when accused Bicky Yadav
and Saheb Yadav visited his shop, during which he was also
threatened over phone. It is further alleged that on 22.09.2025 at
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24483 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026

about 4:30 PM, the accused persons, variously armed with lathi,
gun, sword, iron rod and panja, entered his shop, vandalized
articles, assaulted the informant and others, looted Rs. 15,000–
20,000/- along with four fans, and caused injuries to Suraj
Kumar and Niraj Kumar with swords when they intervened.
Thereafter, the accused persons fled away leaving behind a
motorcycle without a number plate.
