Summary

The petitioner’s counsel informed the court that the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, had taken up the dispute and proposed a one‑month period for amicable settlement through mediation. The court directed the Superintendent of Police to submit a report to the concerned district court and disposed of the application, leaving the parties free to seek legal remedy if mediation fails.
