Summary

The petitioner, Ranjeet Yadav, sought bail after being implicated in a FIR alleging assault with the butt of a pistol, resulting in a simple injury to the informant. The charges under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 308(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita were cited.
