Summary

The petitioner, Sunar Ram, filed a petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to quash an order dated 23 June 2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Vth, Gopalganj, which was related to a criminal revision (No. 761 of 2013) arising from an earlier order dated 27 August 2013 in Miscellaneous Case No. 301 of 2010. The revision had set aside an order of the Executive Magistrate, Hathua. Both parties appeared before the Patna High Court, and the State had no objection to the petitioner's request for disposal. Considering the consent of the parties, the Court disposed of the petition without further hearing. The petition was therefore dismissed and the matter concluded.
