Summary
The petitioner, Mahammad Nazrul, filed a petition under Section 482 CrPC seeking to quash an order dated 25‑03‑2017 passed by the Principal Judge of the Family Court in a maintenance proceeding. The petitioner later informed the Court that he no longer wishes to pursue the matter. The State of Bihar, as an opposite party, raised no objection to the petitioner's request. Both parties agreed that the petition should be disposed of without further adjudication. Consequently, the Court disposed of the petition on the ground that it was not pressed.
