BAIL REJECTED

Holding

Pre‑arrest bail was denied.

Summary

The petitioner, Seraj Ahmad, applied for pre‑arrest bail in a case registered under Mahila Police Station (Case No. 66 of 2025) for alleged offences under Sections 64, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS. No counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner, while the State and the second opposite party were represented by Mr Pranav Kumar, Mr Vinay Ranjan and Mr Aditya Ranjan. The Court examined the seriousness of the allegations and, noting the lack of representation for the petitioner, was not inclined to grant pre‑arrest bail. Consequently, the bail application was dismissed. The order disposes of the petition without granting bail.
