The court corrected the appearance record to reflect Mr. Manas Rajdeep as the petitioner’s counsel, leaving the rest of the order unchanged.
Summary
The petitioner, Ram Kishor Chaudhary, filed a criminal miscellaneous petition against the State of Bihar. During the hearing, it was observed that the appearance record incorrectly listed the petitioner's counsel as Mr. Rajdeo and Mr. Anil Kumar instead of the actual counsel, Mr. Manas Rajdeep. The petitioner’s counsel submitted a request to correct this clerical error. The Hon'ble Justice Satyavrat Verma accepted the submission and recorded the correct appearance of Mr. Manas Rajdeep. The court ordered that the rest of the earlier order dated 23.02.2026 would remain unchanged, effectively amending only the appearance record.
