He was charged under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 109, 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. The petitioner applied for regular bail after being in custody since 30 August 2025. The court examined the seriousness of the allegations, the material evidence gathered during investigation, and the presence of the petitioner in the CCTV footage. Considering the gravity of the offence and the evidential material linking the petitioner to the crime, the court declined to grant bail. Consequently, the bail application was rejected.
