The petitioner contended that he was falsely implicated and had been in custody since 16‑09‑2025. He applied for bail, arguing innocence and the undue length of his detention. Considering the period of custody and the allegations, the Court allowed the bail application, directing release on a bond of Rs.10,000 with two sureties and a condition to cooperate in the trial.
