Holding
Bail was denied because the nature of the offences and the petitioner’s extensive criminal antecedents warranted continued custody.
Summary
The petitioner, Raja Singh, was charged under Sections 121, 122, 103(1), 61(2) and 121(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 for allegedly stabbing a deceased person. The FIR identifies him as one of the assailants and notes that he has six prior criminal convictions. He applied for bail, arguing that he had been in custody since 08‑08‑2025.
