Summary
The petitioner, Niraj Chaudhary, was granted bail on 22 September 2025 with a condition to surrender within six weeks. He was unable to surrender due to unavoidable circumstances and sought a further extension. The petitioner’s counsel deposited the required fee and applied for modification of the bail order, requesting an additional four weeks. The State’s Additional Public Prosecutor raised no objection. The Court, after hearing both sides, allowed the modification, granting the petitioner four more weeks to surrender, thereby amending the original bail order.
