Kameshwar SinghversusThe Vice Chancellor,

Decided
Disposal
DISPOSED

Holding

Since the entitlement slip had been issued and the grievance redressed, the writ petition was disposed.

Summary

The petitioner, Kameshwar Singh, filed a writ petition challenging the issuance of an entitlement slip by Veer Kunwar Singh University. The university, along with the State of Bihar, argued that the entitlement slip No. 14081904023080 dated 14‑08‑2019 had already been issued after the university’s request and approved by the PVC, thereby resolving the grievance. The petitioner’s counsel contended that the matter had been examined at the state level and that no further adjudication was required. The State and university counsel reiterated that the entitlement slip was duly approved and that the issue was settled. The Court, after considering the submissions, held that the petitioner’s grievance had been redressed and consequently disposed of the writ petition.
