The writ petition is disposed, directing the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar for adjudication of the remaining dues.
Summary
Arvind Prasad Singh filed a writ petition before the Patna High Court seeking the discharge of pending dues and benefits from Lalit Narayan Mithila University and related government bodies. The petitioner contended that his earlier grievances had been adjudicated and that only the remaining dues were outstanding. The court observed that the petitioner must file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the university within four weeks, providing a calculation chart of the claimed amounts. The Registrar is directed to examine the representation and, if the grievances are found maintainable, to extend all benefits to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition was disposed with the direction to pursue the matter administratively before the Registrar.
Issues considered
- Whether the petitioner is entitled to the remaining dues and benefits claimed from the university and government authorities.
