The writ application is disposed, with the petitioner directed to approach the competent authority for grievance redressal.

Summary

Rajeev Kumar filed a writ petition in the Patna High Court challenging the inaction of various education department officials of Bihar. He sought to be allowed to avail the statutory remedy for redressal of his grievances. The respondents contended that the matter should be dealt with by the appropriate administrative forum. The Court, after hearing counsel, directed the petitioner to approach the competent authority for ventilation of his grievances. It further instructed that any appeal filed before that authority must be decided within three months of filing. Consequently, the writ application was disposed of without any substantive order on the merits.
