Summary

The petitioner, Rakesh Kumar Singh, filed a writ petition against Magadh University, Patliputra University, the State of Bihar and other officials seeking relief, presumably concerning a monetary claim for the period 1 March 2018 to 30 September 2023. The respondents filed an interlocutory application indicating that the sum of Rs. 1,81,97,419 had been transferred by RTGS after the applicable deductions. The court examined the compliance order and the annexed evidence of the transfer. CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR
                                        ORAL ORDER

22 20-02-2026 Pursuant to the order dated 02.02.2026 passed in this

case, Dr. Anand Kumar, who appears for the Patliputra

University, submits that one interlocutory application has been

filed being I.A. No. 3 of 2026 in which the compliance order

has been appended and, for reference, he has pointed out the

document which is appended in the interlocutory application as
Patna High Court CWJC No.18592 of 2017(22) dt.20-02-2026
                                                     2/2

Annexure-A, which goes to show that the amount to the rune of

Rs. 1,81,97,419/- for the period 01.03.2018 to 30.09.2023 has

already been transferred through RTGS after due deduction as

                   applicable in law.

                                2. Since, the compliance has already been made and

amount has also been credited in terms of Annexure R/A,

nothing survives further for pursuing this case.

representation, in case of any grievance which is noticed in

                   relation to calculation.

                                4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of
