Holding

The application is disposed of with the direction that any injunction filed before the district court must be given priority.

Summary

Aradhya Yadav, a minor, filed a writ petition through her mother seeking relief against alleged illegal actions by family members, including her father who is of unsound mind. The petition sought an injunction to protect the minor's interests. The court noted that if any injunction application is filed before the district court, it should be given priority considering the alleged illegal acts. The court directed that such priority be accorded to any district court application. Consequently, the present application was disposed of with the said direction. No substantive merits of the injunction were adjudicated.
