Summary

Basim Husain filed a civil writ petition before the Patna High Court challenging an order of the State Election Commission dated 19-12-2025. The petitioner argued that his grievances had already been redressed by that order. The court examined the record, noted that the order was marked as ‘X’ and found no remaining issue for adjudication. Consequently, the court held that the petition stood withdrawn.
