on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Subhash Prasad Singh,

2. Considering the present restoration application,
particularly paragraph no. 4 thereunder and the affidavit filed in
support of the application, I find that the petitioner has given
sufficient reason and cause for restoration of order dated
26.06.2023.
3. The present restoration application is allowed and
CWJC No.12837 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
4. Re-notify the Writ Petition bearing CWJC
No.12837 of 2021 before the Appropriate Bench.
