The contempt petition is consigned as the order dated 30.10.2024 has been complied with.

Summary

Sumedha Singh filed a contempt petition before the Patna High Court against the State of Bihar and the District Magistrate. The petition arose after an order dated 30.10.2024 in CWJC No.16831 of 2024 was allegedly not complied with. The Court examined whether the petitioner was still aggrieved after the order dated 27.01.2025 (Memo No.125). Finding that the order of 30.10.2024 had been fully complied with, the Court consigned the contempt petition. The Court further directed that if the petitioner remains dissatisfied with the later order, he may seek appropriate legal remedy.
