Decided
Disposal
DISPOSED

Holding

The court held that the judgment dated 30‑09‑2024 has been duly complied with, and therefore the contempt proceeding is dismissed.

Summary

Petitioner Sunny Kumar filed a contempt application against several State officials alleging willful disobedience of a judgment dated 30‑09‑2024 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.15010 of 2024. The opposite parties filed a show‑cause response stating that the Circle Officer, Mokama, had considered the petitioner's application, obtained the necessary report from the Revenue Karmachari, and corrected the Jamabandi entries (Nos. 676 and 728) to reflect the correct land area as ordered. The court examined the documents annexed to the show‑cause and found that the earlier judgment had been fully complied with. Consequently, the court held that there was no contempt and disposed of the present contempt proceeding. The order effectively dismisses the petition for contempt.
