Holding

The petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy against the order dated 23 May 2025.

Summary

The petitioners, four residents of Simari Dudhi Patti, filed a writ petition against the State of Bihar and its officials, challenging an order dated 23 May 2025 passed by the Circle Officer, Simari. The State contended that the High Court's earlier order had been complied with and that the Circle Officer's order was already issued. The petitioners sought liberty to pursue an appropriate remedy against that order. The State raised no objection to the petitioners' request for such liberty. After hearing both sides, the Court found that the compliance was satisfactory and, with the State's consent, disposed of the case, granting the petitioners liberty to seek the appropriate remedy against the Circle Officer's order.
